视觉诱发电位在预测新生儿发育结局中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 视觉诱发电位(visual evoked potentials,VEPs)是一种功能性的脑电生理反应,可以反映视冲动在视网膜至视皮质的传导功能和整个视觉系统及大脑皮质的反应能力。本文综述了近年来VEPs在预测新生儿神经发育结局中的应用,VEPs在预测足月窒息儿的发育结局方面有较好的相关性,但在早产儿神经发育结局预测方面还存有争议。
