摘要
【目的】观察综合干预对治疗狐独症的效果以及影响因素,为临床治疗狐独症提供依据。【方法】对40例狐独症患儿进行治疗前后的心理教育量表和Gesell评估,制定个体化及班级性训练计划。采用综合干预措施。【结果】显著进步以上达90%,智力水平与进步程度呈正比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】综合干预治疗狐独症有效,智力水平与治疗效果相关。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect and influencing factor by poly-interventions in childhood autism, and to offer informations for clinic. [Method] To made training plans according to individualization and grade, and then to evaluate 40 childhood autisms by psychagogia scale and Gesell before and afer treatment. [Results] 90% children's improvement had statistical significance(P〈0.05); their intelligence and improvement had positive correlation. [Conclusion] It is effective to cure autism by poly-interventions, which is correlating with their intelligence.
