法国Prime-G^+汽油加氢技术在锦西石化催化汽油加氢脱硫装置的应用 被引量:32

摘要 法国Axens公司的Prime-G+是采用固定床双催化剂的加氢脱硫技术,催化裂化全馏分汽油脱硫率可达到98%,满足生产超低硫规格汽油的要求,具有烯烃饱和量少、辛烷值损失小、液收率高、同步脱臭等特点。锦西石化120×104t/a催化汽油加氢脱硫装置采用该技术后,产品标定数据表明,轻汽油(LCN)硫含量分别为42.8μg/g和63μg/g,满足设计值不大于65μg/g的要求,满足京Ⅳ汽油标准;混合产品辛烷值较原料辛烷值分别下降0.9和1个单位,符合辛烷值损失不大于1.5个单位的要求;二烯烃数据满足加氢脱硫反应器进料二烯烃体积分数小于2%的标准;混合产品收率100.01%,瓦斯收率0.1726%,含硫气体收率0.08%;能耗标定分别为18.99kg标油/t和18.59kg标油/t,小于设计值19.1kg标油/t;在满负荷条件下装置运行较为平稳。MCN组分没有单独抽出,造成HCN产品硫含量略偏高。 Axens' Prime-G^+ technology is a hydrogenation desulfurizing process using fixed bed and dual catalysts.Up to 98% of sulfur in full-range FCC gasoline can be removed to meet the need for ultra-lowsulfur gasoline products.The technology is characterized by low olefin saturation capacity,small loss of octane number,high liquid yield and synchronous deodorization.After the technology was introduced in the 120×10^4t/a FCC gasoline hydrogenation sweetening unit in PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company ,product calibration data show that the sulfur contents of LCN are 42.8μg/g and 63μg/g respectively,which meet the requirements that the design values should not be greater than 65μg/g and the standards for gasoline Jing IV.The octane numbers of blended products dropped by 0.9 and 1 units compared with those of the feedstock,which meet the requirements that the loss of octane number should not be greater than 1.5 units.Diene data meet the standards that the volume fraction of diene fed to the hydrogenation sweetening reactor should be lower than 2%.The yield of the product mixture is 100.01%,that of gas is 0.1726% and that of sulfur-containing gas is O.08%.Nominal energy consumption are 18.99kg of oil equivalent per ton and 18.59kg of oil equivalent per ton,lower than the design value of 19.1kg of oil equivalent per ton.Under fall-capacity operating conditions,the unit operated steadily.MCN component was not extracted separately and therefore the sulfur contents of HCN products were slightly higher than design values.
