摘要
由于原油的重质化和劣质化,大连石化公司350×104t/a重油催化裂化装置于2008年选用CDC催化裂化催化剂,以增加液体收率、降低油浆产率及汽油烯烃含量。应用结果表明,该催化剂裂化性能良好,可明显提高装置反应深度,并具有明显的降烯烃作用,在达到系统藏量20%的情况下,能降低汽油烯烃含量近10个百分点。
With the increase in the use of heavier and poorer-quality crude oil,PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company introduced CDC FCC catalyst in its 350×10^4t/a residue fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC) unit in 2008 in a bid to increase the yield of liquids and reduce the yield of slurry oil and the content of olefin in gasoline.Application results show that CDC catalyst has good cracking properties.It can significantly raise the reaction depth of the unit and considerably reduce the content of olefin.When its dosage reaches 20% of a system's catalyst inventory,this catalyst can reduce the content of olefin in gasoline by nearly 10%.
