摘要
通过分析目前网上商城的发展状况,从网络的视角进一步分析网上商城这种商务模式的网络特性。以亚马逊zShops为例,借助系统动力学工具仿真和分析网上商城运营。通过分析发现,网上商城的运营受到各种因素和因素之间的复杂影响,包括目标客户、提供价值、定价等,因此要从系统的角度重点把握影响其整体运营的关键因素,以保证网上商城持续运营。
This paper analyzes the development and network characteristics of electronic mall models from the network perspective. Taking zShops of Amazon as a case study, it analyzes e - mall operation by system dynamics simulation tools. Result shows that there are some complexity factors, including target customers, providing value, pricing, etc. , which play an important roles in e -mall operation. Therefore, it must apply systematic and comprehensive consideration to hold the critical factors for continuate operation of the e - mall business model.
