With the aging of the population and the improvement of the diagnosis technology, the incidence and the detection rate of prostatic cancer become more and more high, which urgently needs a marker with high specificity and sensitivity to prostate cancer so as to improve the early detection rate, the discovery of PCA3 bring new hope to the early diagnosis of prostatic cancer.
