摘要
不稳定编码区(CRD)是影响癌基因c-myc的因素之一,CRD结合蛋白(CRD-BP)可通过与c-mycmRNA的CRD相连接,通过保护CRD免受内核酸酶攻击而阻止c-myc mRNA快速降解,延长c-mycmRNA半衰期,进而增加c.myc蛋白含量。人垂体瘤转化基因(hPTTG)具有转化功能,参与细胞周期的调控,调节c-myc基因的表达,与c-myc协同参与结直肠癌的发生、发展及侵袭进程。CRD-BP和hPTrG1的表达与结直肠癌的发生发展可能呈正相关,两者可能对结直肠癌的侵袭转移起协同作用。
Coding region instability determinant (CRD) is one of the factors of oncogene c-myc. CRD binding protein(CRD-BP) can connect with the c-myc mRNA CRD, through the protection of CRD from nuclease attack within the c-myc mRNA to prevent rapid degradation, thus the stability of c-myc mRNA, the extension of its halflife, thereby increasing c-myc protein content. Human pituitary tumor transforming gene ( hPTTG ) with conversion features,participates in cell cycle regulation,regulation of c-mye gene expression, and c-myc synergies involved in the occurrence of coloreetal cancer, development and invasive process. CRD-BP and hPTTG1 expression and the occurrence and development of eolorectal cancer may be a positive correlation between the two possible invasion and metastasis of cancer. The expression of both sides is were reviewed.
