摘要
针对武器装备综合评价过程中,常见的多方案评价与优劣排序等问题,以国外现役的5种防空导弹为例,说明DEA方法的应用,列举5种防空导弹的主要性能数据及费用,验证数据包络分析方法在武器系统综合评价中的正确性和有效性。结果表明,该方法能为武器装备的论证、采办提供科学的依据。
Aiming at normal problems of multivariant appreciation and quality sequencing in weapon equipment comprehensive evaluation process, taking five abroad antimissile guided missiles as examples, explain DEA method application and enumerate five main performance data and their expenses to validate date envelopment analysis (DEA) method's correctness and validity. Result shows the method can provide scientific basis for weapon equipment demonstration.
