Macao Hotel Industry Research:Present Situation, Problems and Strategy Development

澳门酒店业正处于数量扩张和产业结构的转型时期,酒店业既拥有入境游客激增的良好成长空间,也面临结构性过剩、人地发展矛盾、服务品质有待改善等结构性矛盾和管理问题。文章以统计数据和实地调研资料为基础,对澳门酒店业的发展现状和管理问题进行了分析,并据此提出了澳门酒店业的战略发展建议。

Macao hotel industry is now on the stage of quantity expansion and structure transformation. The hotel industry has the good environment for development, but it is also confronted with structure constructions and management problems, such as structure surplus, contradictions between human ＆ land, and imperfection service quality. Based on the statistic and investigation data, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of Macao hotel industry and puts forward the strategy suggestion on the development of Macao hotel industry.
