网络互助游的旅游安全保障分析

Analysis of the Safety Control for Network Inter-assistance Tour

网络互助旅游是继团体游、自助游后产生的一种新兴旅游方式,并得到了快速的发展,但发展过程中也出现了不少的安全问题和隐患。本文首先对网络互助游的概念和特征进行了简要的界定分析,分析认为网络诚信缺失、人身财产安全问题、卫生问题、法律保障问题、互助游者的权利义务问题等是影响国内互助游发展的主要瓶颈,最后提出应提高互助旅游者的旅游安全意识,规范完善互助旅游网络平台,成立专业中介机构,加强相关立法和明确专业负责机构,引入保险机制等,构筑互助游的安全保障体系,促进网络互助游的健康发展。

Network inter-assistance tour is a new tourism form following group tour and independent travel, and it is expanding quickly. Meanwhile, there are so many safety troubles and hidden dangers on its developing process. The paper firstly introduces and defines the conception and the characteristics of Network inter-assistance tour. Then it explores the obstacles such as credit problem in network, personal safety question, health problem, legal protection question and so on. At the end, it is put forward that it is necessary to set up a professional reciprocal platform, and construct a safety control pattern in order to instruct the healthy development of Network inter-assistance tour.
