健康人胃电图与胃收缩运动相关关系的研究

Study On The Relations Between EGG And Gastric Contractions In Healthy Subjects

正常的胃电慢波节律为3次/分,控制着胃蠕动的节律与传播方向.本研究共对12名健康正常人进行了体表胃电图与胃收缩运动的同步记录.结果显示,同步记录的胃电图与胃收据运动之间呈良好的对应关系,但有时部分记录可见两者呈不一致的情况,可能是由于胃运动处于消化间期的不同时相.结果提示胃电图与胃内压力测定均反映了胃肠运动的功能状态,这些方法将会在临床与研究工作中广泛应用.

The normal gastric slow wave frequency occurs at a rate of 3 cycles per minute, and controls the timing and propagation of gastric peristalses. Twelve healthy subjects paticipated in this study, in whom both gastric contractions and eletrogastrography were recorded simultaneously . The results showed that EGG and gastric contractions were consistent with each other. However , gastric antium movement sometimes did not show a correlation with electrogastrogram ,which was probably due to its being on a different phase of interdigestive migrating motor complex(MMC) . It was concluded that both EGG and gastric contractions could reflect the statas of gastrointestial motility and the author therefore suggested using them widely in clinic and research work.
