区域格局下港城一体化发展模式探索——以武汉新港空间发展规划为例

Integrating Urban Ports in Regional Development:Spatial Development Planning for Wuhan's New Port

港口—腹地城市之间存在着互为依托、相辅相成、共同发展的关系。港口是城市发展的动力引擎,腹地城市是港口发展的动力依托。在区域一体化格局下,新的港城关系要求港口和腹地之间具有高度的协同性、整合度和一体化。为此,武汉新港积极探索了一种适合港口—腹地城市区域经济一体化发展的模式,实现"以港兴城、港以城兴,港城一体、协同发展"。

A major port and its surrounding region are mutually supportive. Both regional and port development should be coordinated, integrated, and holistic. Planning for the new port in Wuhan explores a new model of integration for coordinating urban port and regional development.
