摘要
用避暗法和水迷宫法研究了锗对铅所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。ICR系小鼠隔日腹腔注射羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132,25mg/kg)和/或醋酸铅(15mg/kg)28天。结果表明暴露于铅20天后小鼠学习记忆能力受障碍,同时给予Ge-132能明显地拮抗铅的这种毒作用。提示。
By using step through test and water maze test the effects of germanium on ICR mouse learning and memory disturbance caused by lead were studied by administering i.p. carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide i.p.(Ge-132,25 mg/kg)and/or lead acetate(PbAc2,15 mg/kg)for 28 days,one time every two days.The results showed that after exposure to 20 days the learning and memory disturbance caused by the injection of PbAc2 was antagonized by Ge-132 significantly(P<0.01).This suggested that Ge-132 might play a protective role in neurobehavioral function damage induced by lead.
