摘要
对国内外护生生涯规划研究状况进行综述,提出我国护生生涯规划研究的薄弱环节,为护生生涯规划的进一步研究提供参考。
It summarized the status quo of career planning of student nurses both at home and in abroad. It put forward the weakness of the career planning of student nurses in China. And it provided some references for the further study on career planning of student nurses.
