家属对癌症终末期治疗和死亡态度影响因素调查

A survey of influencing factors of attitude of family members of patients with terminal cancer toward their treatment and their death

[目的]探讨家属对癌症终末期治疗及死亡态度的影响因素,为开展临终关怀和死亡教育提供科学依据。[方法]用自制调查问卷对233名癌症病人家属进行调查。[结果]Logistic回归分析显示,大专以下学历者更倾向于赞同"对于身患绝症又极度痛苦的病人,家属应尽力配合抢救、病人本人应该坚强地活下来";有重病接触史的家属更倾向于赞同"会经常想到死亡"和"想到死亡很平静"(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]帮助癌症病人家属走出生命伦理的困惑,实现从"治愈"到"照护"的转变,需要全社会教育水平的提高,需要医护人员因人而异的教育和引导。

Objective：To probe into the influencing factors of attitude of family members toward treatment and the death of terminal cancer patients, so as to provide some bases for developing hospitalpice and death education. Methods：A total of 233 family members of cancer patients were investigated by filling out self - designed questionnaire. Results：The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that family members with lower education were more likely to approve that ＂family members of patients with cancer in terminal condition and with extremely pain should do their best to coordinate with rescuing of patients. Patients should be alive strongly＂. Family members of critical patients caring experience were more likely to support ＂often thinking of death＂ and ＂being peaceful when they thought of death＂（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusions：To help family members of cancer patients get out of ethnical dilemma and achieve the transferring from ＂cure＂ to ＂care＂ ,it requires further improvement of culture and education of the whole society and personalized instruction of medical and nursing staffs.
