实习期压力源对专科护生护理专业自我概念的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]探讨护理专科学生在实习期间所遇到的部分压力源与护理专业自我概念的关系,为培养护生积极的专业自我概念及提高我国的临床护理教学提供理论依据。[方法]采用Arthur的护理专业自我概念量表及压力源量表对128名进入临床实习的护理专科生进行调查。[结果]单因素逐步回归分析可见,压力源各因子对护理专业自我概念总分的OR值均有统计学意义,其中以工作性质的OR值最高,为3.899;以护理专业自我概念总分为应变量,压力源6个因子为自变量进行多因素逐步回归分析可见,压力源各因子除了"知识技能""教学安排"因子外其他各因子对专业自我概念总分的OR值均有统计学意义,其中以实习环境的OR值最高,为4.104。[结论]护生进入临床后出现护理专业自我概念的下降和进入实习后所受的压力是密切相关的而实习环境是压力源各因子中最主要的相关因子。 Objective: To probe into the relations between partial pressure source and self- concept of nursing specialty of students from high nursing specialty schools met during practice,to provide some theoretical bases for both training active specialty self - concept of student nurses and enhancing clinical nursing teaching in China. Method.. A total of 128 students from high special nursing schools in clinical practice were investigated by adop- ting Arthur's self- concept scale for nursing specialty and pressure source scale. Results. The single factor stepwise regression analysis showed there were statistical significanees on various factors of pressure source on OR value of total score of self - concept of nursing specialty. And among which,the OR value of work nature is the highest as 3. 899. Taking the total score of self- concept of nursing specialty as the dependent variable,and 6 factors of pressure source as independent variables, multi - factor step- wise regression analysis was carried out. It showed various pressure source factors besides "knowledge skill" and "teaching arrangement" have statistical significances on OR values of total scores of nursing specialty self- concept. Among which,OR value of practice environment was the highest as 4. 104. Conclusions:There was close relation between the lowering of nursing specialty self- concept of student nurses and pressures of nurses endured as they entered the clinic. And practice environment was the major related factor of all various factors of pressure sources.
