三鹿奶粉事件折射出我国产品质量监督存在着质量监督机关权责不明、处罚过于轻缓和质量监督方式单一等问题,导致监督效果大打折扣。因此,面对较为严重的产品质量问题,我国应借鉴国外在产品质量监督方面成功的经验和做法,建立我国产品质量安全长效机制,尽快完善法制和行政监督机制,合理运用各种检验方法,使政府监管和社会监管相结合,切实保障产品质量安全。
