Construction of social psychological support system based on sudden public health emergencies

文章重点阐述了突发公共卫生事件的概念及特点,分析了突发公共卫生事件期间社会公众疑病、恐慌、焦虑、抑郁、强迫、盲从等社会心理特点,最后提出构建突发公共卫生事件的社会心理支持体系,包括建立良好的风险沟通机制、发挥主流媒体功能、建立应急处理机制、改善认知模式、增进人际交往。

This article expounded the conception and characteristics of sudden public health emergencies, and analyzed the social mentality such as hypochondriasis, panic, anxiety, blahs, compulsion, then put forward establishing the social psychological support system including the constitution of risk communication, exertion of main medium function, establishment of specialized emergency disposal system, improvement of cogitative model, and enhancement of interpersonal interaction.
