摘要
临床诊疗通常是由症状导向疾病,强调症状诊断。这要求医学生能够从某一症状联想到可能与之相关的疾病,通过发散性和逆向思维进行诊断和鉴别诊断。但目前临床医学教学过程往往由系统疾病的病理机制引申出相关症状,与临床诊疗实践相反,因此要注重培养医学生的发散性和逆向诊断思维。文章拟对医学生发散性和逆向诊断思维能力的培养进行初步探讨。
Clinical diagnosis procedure is a course from symptom to disease, which emphasizes symptomatology and medical students are required to take some conserned diseases into account according such symptom with expanding and converse diagnosis thought. This article discussed the necessity and how to develop medical students' expanding and converse diagnosis thought.
