初孕药物流产对再妊娠影响的探讨

Discussion of medical abortion in early pregnancy affects on next pregnancy

目的探讨初孕药物流产对再妊娠的影响。方法选取986例初产妇,随机抽取有过1次流产史的初产妇422例,其中药物流产135例(药流组),人工流产287例(人流组),采用前瞻性调查方法,对其再次妊娠的妊娠期及分娩期的并发症进行对比分析。结果药流组再次妊娠的先兆流产、胎盘粘连、胎膜残留、产后出血发生率明显低于人流组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论初孕妇女药物流产后再次妊娠分娩因胎盘原因引起的并发症比人工流产后再次妊娠分娩者少,安全性较高,可以作为非意愿妊娠的首选终止方法。

Objective To discuss the effects of medical abortion in first pregnancy on next pregnancy. Methods Selected 986 cases of primipara, had randomly selected a sub-abortion maternal history of 422 cases of early, of which 135 cases of medical abortion （ medical abortion group） ,278 cases of induced abortion （ abortion group）. Used forward-looking survey methods, analyzed the complications of pregnancy and delivery. Results The incidences of threatened abortion, placental adhesion,membrane residues and postpartum hemorrhage with medical abortion group were significantly lower than abortion group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The complications of Medical abortion in first pregnant due to placental causes less than abortion pregnancy, and with higher security, can be regarded as the preferred way to terminate pregnancy.
