Ar^+激光在兔动脉和静脉组织中传输特性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对兔动脉和静脉对Ar+激光的反射和透射传输特性进行了测量。采用两积分球系统及Ar+激光器的四种波长的激光(4765,4880,4963,5145nm),并根据测量数据计算和分析了兔动脉和静脉对该四种波长激光的吸收系数及光学穿透深度。结果表明,兔动脉和静脉内外侧的漫反射率和透射率有明显差异;和静脉比较,动脉的漫反射明显大于静脉,并且动脉对激光的吸收系数也比静脉大。提示在进行激光诊治心血管疾病时。 The effects of laser with defferent wavelengths on diffuse reflectance of rabbit artery and vein were investigated The measurements were performed with two standard integrating sphere system and Ar + laser at four wavelengths (476 5, 488 0, 496 5 and 514 5nm) The absorption coefficient and optical penetration depths were evaluted and analysed The results showed that there were significant difference in the diffuse reflectance and transmittance between artery and vein. The diffuse reflectance of artery was bigger than that of vein at each Ar + laser wavelength The absorption coefficient of artery was also stronger than that of vein It was suggested that the difference in the optical properties between artery and vein should be considered in laser treatment of vascular disease
