摘要
用水试验分析正常人精液在不同获能时间精子膜完整性。采集正常人精液,在液化后、上游1h、孵育3、6、24h后分别取出作水试验和低渗膨胀试验。结果显示获能24h后精子膨胀率明显降低(P<001),水试验及低渗膨胀试验精子膨胀率分别为(8377±802)%和(8282±782)%,两者差异无显著性,并呈正相关(P<005)。表明孵育24h后精子膜完整性有一定程度的损害,水试验是一种简便检测精子膜完整性的方法,具有独特性。
The human sperm membrane integrity in different capacitation phase was evaluated using ″Water test″ method Semen samples were taken from 12 normal fertile men The percentage of swelling spermatozoa were analysed by ″Water test″ and hypoosmotic swelling test (HOS Test) after liquefying, swiming up for 1 hour, capacitating for 3,6 hours and 24 hours, respectively The results showed that after capacitation for 24 hours the percentage of swelling sperm was significantly lower than that after liquefying (P<0 01) There was no significant difference between the HOS test (82 8±7 8)% and ″Water test″ (83 8±8 0)%,while there was positive correlation between them (P<0 05) Conclusion: After capacitation for 24 hours the sperm membrane integrity could be damaged in some degree ″Water test″ is a simply method for evaluation of sperm membrane integrity
