摘要
目的研究脑星形细胞瘤增殖活性,探讨PCNA-LI、AgNOR计数与肿瘤恶性程度和病理学分级的关系。方法应用PCNA免疫组化染色和AgNOR染色测定50例脑星形细胞瘤的PCNA-LI和AgNOR计数。结果Ⅰ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤的PCNA-LI分别为28.6±13.75%,45.75±22.14%,64.38±19.17%和83.70±6.99%,各级之间存在显著差别;AgNOR计数分别为141.52±20.69,158.44±28.00,187.38±27.71,225.2±36.53,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级及Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级相比均有显著差别。结论PCNA-LI是评估星形细胞瘤增殖活性的良好指标。AgNOR染色简便、快速,AgNOR计数大于200。
オbjective To elucidate the correlation of PCNALI and AgNOR counts with the malignancy and pathological grade of astrocytomas by investigating the proliferative activities of astrocytomas.Methods PCNA immunostaining and AgNOR staining were employed to study the fresh specimens from 50 cases of astrocytomas.Results PCNALI of astrocytomas grade Ⅰ~Ⅳ were28.64±13.75%,45.75±22.14%,64.38±19.17%,and 83.70±6.99% respectively, showing statistical difference between each grade in PCNALI.Meanwhile,AgNOR counts of grade ⅠⅣ were 141.52±20.69,158.44±28,187.38±27.71,and 225.2±36.53.There was significant difference in the AgNOR counts among grade ⅠⅡ and grade Ⅲ、grade Ⅳ.There also existed significant difference in the AgNOR counts between gradeⅢ and grade Ⅳ.Conclusion PCNALI was a good index in evaluating the proliferative activities of astrocytomas,and AgNOR staining was an economic and quick method.AgNOR counts larger than 200 showed malignant evidence of astrocytomas.
