From Western Han Dynasty to Sui Dynasty,the Eastern and Western Sections system based on Recommend election system had lasted six or seven hundred years.The officials of Eastern and Western Sections were in charge of personnel matters such as invitation,assignation,supervision,evaluation and recommendation.In this essay,the Eastern and Western Sections system of Wei-jin and Southern and Northern Dynasty was expounded and proofed.
