摘要
科层制模式是多数高校采用的一种组织形式,它保证了学校组织的有序性与有效性,然而其非个人取向、严格的规章制度等特征在一定程度上会导致组织的管理者偏重刚性管理,忽视柔性管理,即忽视教师个人的感受,从而引起管理者与教师之间的冲突,影响管理效率。作者提出,高校管理者应充分考虑到学校的组织特性及教师工作特点,将文化管理作为化解冲突的"良方",使得高校教师管理更为科学、有效。
Bureaucracy pattern is one of the most choices made by higher education institutions. It guarantees the organization's validity, while its features such as impersonal tropism, rigid regulations deepen the cultural conflicts between the administrator and the faculty. To some extent, the culture conflicts affect the efficiency of faculty administration. In the author's opinion, to resolve the conflict and increase the efficiency, the administrators must take the organization features and the teacher specialties into account, meanwhile adopting the mode of cultural management.
