The Linzhengzhinan Medical Record（Medical Records as a Guide to clinical work） intensively embodied the collaterals disease thoughts of Yetianshi. Yetianshi generally used Linzhengzhinan Medical Record in differentiation the course of various kinds TCM disease. The collaterals disease had widely location of disease, different course of disease, varied cause of a disease and pathology, especially treatment and medication characteristic. So Yetianshi summed up already a relatively perfect theory of collaterals disease.
