化学战剂检测器的研究(英文)

摘要 研究了一种基于声表面波传感器阵列、后向人工神经网络(BP-ANN)模式识别软件和信号处理硬件的声表面波化学战剂检测器。传感器阵列输出的信号首先在FPGA中进行计数,然后通过MCU进行BP-ANN模式识别分析。根据分析的结果,MCU控制检测器发出报警信号。 A novel surface acoustic wave (SAW) chemical warfare agent detector which is composed of SAW sensors array, back-propagation artificial neural network (BP-ANN) pattern recognition software and signal processing hardware has been developed. The signals obtained from the sensor array are frequency counted in a FPGA chip and the pattern recognition is analyzed with BP-ANN in a MCU. According to the analyzed results, the detector sends out the alarm signals controlled by the same MCU.
