摘要
以Ti(SO4)2和HNO3为原料、水为溶剂,采用微波水浴合成法,制备了纳米锐钛矿TiO2水溶胶;利用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、差热分析(TG-DTA)和透射电镜等(TEM)技术对产物进行表征。考察了pH值、水浴晶化温度对产物结果的影响。结果表明,微波辐照条件下促进了TiO2由无定形向锐钛矿的转变过程,在常压、低于100℃条件下,微波加热TiO2溶胶1.5h后,产物主要以锐钛矿晶型存在,晶粒粒径为4~5nm。
Nanocrystalline TiO2 sol was prepared from Ti(SO4 )2 and HNO3 at low temperature via a microwave assisted hydrolysis and peptizing method in aqueous solution. The sol samples were characterized by XRD,TG-DTA and TEM. Factors associated with the sol following pH value,crystallization temperature were studied in detail. Resuits suggested that microwave irradiation evidently accelerated the crystallization process of titania sol. The main crystalline phase of titanium dioxide appeared to be anatase with crystalline size of 4-5 nm at the temperature below 100℃ under microwave irradiation for 1.5 h.
