一种新型超声-磨削复合加工主轴的研制

摘要 提出一种新型的超声-磨削复合加工主轴,该主轴的电刷置于超声振动系统的后端,可降低电刷磨损和发热现象,有利于提高主轴转速。振动系统的工具头与变幅杆间采用直螺纹与锥度复合定位的方式,其可获得较高旋转精度的紧凑主轴结构,并可保证超声振动传递至工具头而振动不会回传至主轴轴承。对超声振子进行了模态分析,求出振子的最佳振型,最后进行了超声振子的振动测试,理论计算值和实测值吻合度良好。 A new spindle of ultrasonic vibration combined with grinding machining has been presented, and the brush for adding power has been designed on end of spindle, which can achieve the advantages of lower wear and heat, also higher revolution of spindle. Ultrasonic Spindle has been designed that a novel connective method of straight screw combined with taper surface has been presented in this ultrasonic vibration system, so compact size and high revolving accuracy can be achieved. This connective method can assure that ultrasonic vibration transfers tool head, but avoid vibration reversely pass to bearings. Modal analysis of ultrasonic vibration system has been implemented by Finite Element Method(FEM), and its optimal modal has been calculated. Finally, the vibration tests of the ultrasonic system have been carried out. The calculated and measured values are highly consistent.
