摘要 电解槽寿命是电解铝厂的一项重要技术经济指标,我国槽寿命较短,主要原因是侧部早期破损,本文通过分析了200KA预备电解槽槽侧部炭砖破损严重的原因,总结了修补漏洞、降低电流、降低效应系数等措施,可有效改善侧部炭砖的破损度,减少侧部漏炉,确保了系列安全,有效降低了劳动量。 electrolytic electrolyzer plant life are an important technical and economic indicators, our country trough a shorter life expectancy, mainly due to early damage side, the paper prepared by analyzing a cell slot 200KA carbon brick side causes serious damage to sum up the vulnerability patch to reduce the current measures to reduce the effect coefficient, which can efecfively improve the carbon brick side of the broken, the furnace to reduce the side leakage to ensure that a series of safe, effective and reduces the amount of labor.
