摘要
苏云金芽孢杆菌目前在世界上是一个研究广泛的课题,主要是因为它具有高效、广泛的杀虫特性,并具专一性强、对人畜无害的优点,因此其杀虫的毒力效价是一个重要的课题。本综述介绍的是目前世界上在此方面的研究进展,并介绍HPLC法检测Bt生物农药毒力效价的方法及优点。采用高效液相色谱测画出蛋白质曲线图,从而得出该浓度,进而得出该农药的毒力表达式。
Bacillus thuringiensis is now becoming more and more widely known research, because of its characteristic, which is productive and widely scale useful, and it also do no harm to humans and animals, while the method for testing the virulence has been a important focus. This essay centres on the evolvement of this issue, and draws a frame of the methods for testing the virulence of Bt pesticide by compare all methods with each other. We can get some graphs though the HPLC, then conjecture the consistence of protein, in the end we will conjecture a equation for the virulence of Bt pesticide.
