将"以可靠性为中心"的维修理论引入,介绍了其原理及操作步骤,并将其与柴油机故障维修相结合,从故障后果、维修成本、维修级别进行论述,为制定柴油机RCM维修大纲提供了操作依据。

The reliability-centered maintenance theory is lead in this paper, and RCM theory and operational procedure are introduced. RCM is combined with the diesel engine fault management, and is discussed in fault effect, maintenance cost, and maintenance level respectively. This paper provides the basis for the establishment of maintenance schema for diesel engine maintenance.
