摘要
采用问卷编制技术,以382家企业为研究对象,对我国企业的战略性人力资源管理系统进行了探索性研究。结果发现我国企业战略性人力资源管理系统由激励管理、培训发展管理、招聘管理、人力资源技术和基础性人力资源管理五方面实践构成;研究所得到的"我国企业战略性人力资源管理"调查问卷具有较好的信、效度指标;并以所编制的问卷为工具,揭示出不同经营绩效、所有制形式和规模大小的组织,在人力资源管理活动中所表现出的特点。
Using the technique of scale development, the present study explored the construct of Strategic Human Resource Management fi'om 382 Chinese enterprises. The result shows that the system of Strategic Human Resource Management can be generalized into five factors: motivation, development & training, recruitment, HRM technique, and basic HRM work. In addition the questionnaire of The Scale on the SHRM System about Chinese Enterprises we developed had good reliability and validity, and found that the enterprises with different ownership and size have significant differences in the scores of HRM system.
