摘要
目的分析双生子年龄与病证特征的关系。方法普查与问卷相结合获取信息,对24对正常双生子和21对有病有证的双生子进行分析。结果24对正常双生子症状分差异随年龄变化,MZ可聚为4类;在21对有病有证的双生子中,病证相同或相近者12对占57%,皆为单卵双生子;双生子疾病分布随年龄变化患病种类发生变化。结论双生子年龄越小证候表型越一致,随年龄增长差异加大;随年龄增长双生子疾病谱发生转变;双生子具有患病一致性但非同步性的特点。
Objective It is to analyze the relationship between age and disease characteristics in twins. Methods Information of 24 pairs of healthy twins and 21 pairs of twins with disease were obtained and analyzed with a combination of census and questionnaire. Results There were age differences in symptoms of sub-change in 24 pairs of healthy twins. MZ can be clustered into 4 categories. There were 12 pairs （57 % ） of twins with the same or similar disease in 21 pairs of twins with disease, and they were all single-egg twins. Twins suffered from disease which changed along with changes of their age. Conclusion The younger the twins are, the more accordant the syndrome phenotype are. The differences increase and spectrum of diseases change when their age grows. Twins have the illness with the characteristics of consistency and no synchronism..
