4-氯-6-氨基苯酚-2-磺酸的合成

摘要 拟定合理的合成路线,制得4氯6氨基苯酚2磺酸。将该产品与变色酸偶联得氯磺酚S。测得其与Nb(Ⅴ)配合物的摩尔吸收系数为33×104L·mol-1·cm-1,与文献值完全符合。 Carboxyl benzene azo chlorosulfophenol(3 CBACSP)is a new photometric coloration agent for detecting V(Ⅳ) synthesized by us. The molar absorptivity of the coordinate compound is 4.9×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Its property is good. 4 Chloro 6 aminophenol 2 sulfonic acid is a important midding for Synthesizing 3 CBACSP, but it can't be gotten from market. We have designed a reasonable synthetic lines and have produced it. If this product is coupled to chromotropic acid, chlorosulfophenol S will be gotten and the molar absorptivity of its coordinate compound with Nb(Ⅴ) is 3 3×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,which is corresponeling to that of the article about it. The result of this determination confirms indirectly the molecule structure of the product.
