摘要
以水杨酸和2-乙基己醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂,合成了水杨酸异辛酯,并用UV,IR和GC-MS等对其进行了表征。采用正交试验考察了影响酯收率的因素,得到了较佳工艺条件:水杨酸0.05 mol,n(2-乙基己醇)∶n(水杨酸)=3∶1,反应时间4 h,催化剂1.250 g,反应温度150℃,不加带水剂,酯化率可达83.5%,酯收率78.5%。
Sodium hydrogen sulfate was used as the catalyst for the synthesis of 2 -ethylhexyl salicylate from 2 -ethyl hexanol and salicylic acid. The product structure was characterized by refractive index, UV, IR and GC - MS. Factors influencing the yield were examined by the orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions based upon 0. 05 mol of salicylic acid was identified as : n ( 2 - ethyl hexanol) : n ( salicylic acid ) = 3 : 1 ; reaction time ,4 h ; dosage of catalyst, 1. 250 g; reaction temperature, 150℃ ; without use of water - stripping agent. The conversion of salicylic acid achieves 83.5%, while the product yield achieves 78.5%.
