神经酰胺干粉的制备与分析鉴定

摘要 采用乙醇多次萃取法从神经酰胺粗制品中制备神经酰胺干粉,红外光谱法鉴定神经酰胺干粉,化学法测定神经酰胺干粉中各成分的质量分数。结果表明,神经酰胺粗制品经纯化后可获得白色、无异味的神经酰胺干粉,其红外光谱与对照品相符。与粗制品相比,神经酰胺干粉中的半乳糖神经酰胺质量分数由30.10%提高到63.14%;磷脂质量分数由44.60%下降至20.55%;胆固醇质量分数由18.81%下降至16.31%。 Ceramide dry powder was prepared from the crude ceramide by using a multiple ethanol extraction method. The ceramide dry powder product was identified by FTIR method. The content of components in the product was determined by chemical analysis. Results showed that white and odorless ceramide dry powder finished product can be obtained from purification of the crude ceramide with the multiple ethanol extraction operation. IR spectrum of the finished product is consistent with that of the control reference. As comparing with the crude ceramide, the content of galactosyl ceramide in the finished ceramide dry powder has been increased from 30. 10% to 63.14% ,the content of phosphatide in the finished ceramide dry powder has been reduced from 44. 60% to 20. 55%, and the content of cholesterol in the finished ceramide 'dry powder has been reduced from 18.81% to 16. 31%.
