顶空气相色谱法测定季铵盐型表面活性剂中硫酸二甲酯

Determination of dimethyl sulfate in quaternary ammonium salt surfactant by headspace gas chromatography

建立了顶空气相色谱法快速测定季铵盐表面活性剂中硫酸二甲酯的残留量。采用PEG20M填充柱，通过优化的顶空进样条件，以标准加入法分析测定。结果表明，在所考察的质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性，R^2=0．9990～0．9999，相对标准偏差为6．7％～14．3％，其检测限为0．1μg·g^-1-1．1μg·g^-1。方法适用于季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂中硫酸二甲酯残留量的测定。

Headspace GC method was developed for the analysis of residual amount of dimethyl sulfate （DMS） in quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant. Standard addition procedures were adopted for carrying out the determination. PEG20M packed column was used under optimized headspace sample injection conditions. Within the concentration of the investigation scope, the results showed a good linearity （ R^2 = 0. 999 0 0. 999 9）. The relative standard deviation lies 6.7% - 14.3%. The detection limit lies 0. 1 μg·g^-1 - 1.1 μg· g^-1. The method can be used for quality control for the DMS amount in the surfactant product.
