高效液相色谱法测定椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中单氯乙酸钠 被引量:6

Determination of sodium monochloroacetate in cocofatty acylamido propyl betaines by HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中单氯乙酸钠的残留量进行分析测定。首先用1-丁醇对样品进行预处理,然后用HPLC外标法测定。色谱条件:有机酸分析柱,流动相为0.005mol/L稀硫酸,流速0.6ml/min,紫外检测波长200nm,柱温35℃。结果表明,在此条件下,线性回归方程为Y=1409x+733,线性范围2μg·g^-1~200μg·g^-1,r=0.9999,相对标准偏差为1.68%,测试回收率为96.0%~106.0%。 A HPLC method for the determination of sodium monochloroacetate in cocofatty acylamido propyl betaines was established. Samples of cocofatty aeylamido propyl betaines were extracted using 1 - butanol as solvent. The extract was analyzed using a HPLC external standard method with UV detection wavelength at 200 nm. The mobile phase is 0. 005 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,at a flow rate of 0. 6 mL/min ,column temperature is 35℃. Result showed that as the concentration of sodium chloroacetate is in the range of 2 μg ·g^-1 - 200 μg·g^-1 ,r =0.999 9,the regression equation can be expressed as y = 1 409x + 733 and the standard deviation is 1.68%. Recovery achieves 96. 0% - 106. 0% .
