摘要 建立了用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定牙膏中九里香酮(5,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮)质量分数的方法。较佳色谱条件为:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(Analytical 4.6 mm×250 mm 5-Micron)色谱柱;流动相A为质量分数0.3%磷酸,B为乙腈;梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为335 nm。结果表明,九里香酮质量浓度在0.216μg/mL^2.16μg/mL时,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 96),平均回收率为97.18%。 A HPLC method for determining mass concentration of 5, 7, 3', 4' -tetramethoxyflavone in toothpaste was established. Suitable conditions were identified. The extract was analyzed on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB - C18 column ( Analytical 4. 6 mm × 250 mm 5 - Micron). Mobile phase A is mass fraction 0. 3% phosphoric acid and mobile phase B is acetonitrile. Flow rate of gradient elution is 1.0 mL/min. Column temperature is 40℃. Detection wavelength is A = 335 nm. The results showed that mass concentration of 5,7,3' ,4' - tetramethoxyflavone within ranges of 0. 216 μg/mL - 2. 16 μg/mL displays good linearity vs. the peak area ( r = 0. 999 96) and average recovery achieves 97.18 %.
