摘要
正确建立滚动体的载荷分布方程方可准确计算单排四点角接触球转盘轴承承载最大的滚动体所承受的载荷,准确绘制其承载曲线,为转盘轴承的设计与选型提供翔实的理论依据。建立了单排四点角接触球转盘轴承完整的载荷分布分析方程,并讨论了其求解方法。
When the load distribution equtions in a single row four-point-contact slewing ring are eastablished exactly, the maximum load on rollers can be caculated mathematically and the load capacity curve can be drawn accurately. These two factors above-mentioned are essential theoretical foundation for design and lectotype of slewing ring. Completed load distribution equtions for single row four-point-contact slewing ring are established and the solving solution for the equtions is discussed in this paper.
