单层碳纳米管中的长波声学声子对电子的散射

The Long-Wavelength Acoustic Phonon-Electron Scattering in Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 利用形变势模型分析了单层碳纳米管中的电子和长波声学声子的相互作用,并且利用费米黄金规则计算了金属单层碳纳米管的电子弛豫时间和平均自由程。计算结果表明,弛豫时间与温度成正比,与半径成反比,所得结果与实验一致。 The long-wavelength acoustic phonon scattering of electrons in single-walled carbon nanotubes is calculated using deformation potential model.The Fermi golden rule is employed to compute the relaxation time and mean path.Our calculations show that the electron relaxation time of metallic tube varies linearly with diameter and inversely with temperature.
