当今社会,科学发展、全面协调发展已成为我国社会发展的重要模式。然而,在人力资源开发方面,我国女性人力资源开发仍然存在许多问题。针对目前女性人力资源开发利用现状及存在问题,提出相应的开发利用对策。

In current society,scientific development and all-around harmony have become an important mode of social development in our country.However,in terms of the development of human resources,there are a lot problems existing in the development of female human resources.For this reason,corresponding countermeasures for development and utilization have been put forward in response to the current state and existing problems in respect of the development and utilization of female human resources.
