半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Efficacy observations of herpes zoster treated by semiconductor laser combined with alcilovir

目的观察半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法80例带状疱疹患者随机分成2组:激光组和对照组,激光组45例采用半导体激光配合阿昔洛韦治疗,对照组35例单纯阿昔洛韦治疗。结果激光组的止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、总有效率和痊愈率均明显优于对照组,且能有效降低后遗神经痛的发生率。结论半导体激光可明显提高带状疱疹的疗效。

Objective To observe the effcacy of herpes zoster treated by semiconductor laser combined with alcilovir. Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups： laser group and control group. In laser group, 45 cases were treated with semiconductor laser combined with alcilovir, while in control group, 35 cases were solely treated with alcilovir. Results The time of releasing pain, stopping blisters and scabs as well as the total effective rate and cure rate in the laser group were significantly superior to those in the control group. What more, the incidence of post-therapeutic neuralgia was effectively reduced in the laser group. Conclusion Semiconductor laser could enhance the efficacy obviously in patients with herpes zoster.
