摘要
目的:探讨视网膜下间隙的免疫学特点。方法:将DMEM,同源视网膜,DBA/2鼠视网膜加或不加完全福氏佐剂(CFA)和人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)分别植入BALB/C鼠的视网膜下间隙,2周后检测迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)的特异杀伤率及行眼组织病理学检查。结果:实验组DTH与阴性对照DMEM组无显著性差异,但CTL的特异杀伤率与DMEM组存在显著性差异。DBA/2鼠视网膜移植物存活。人PBMC移植发生免疫排斥反应。结论:视网膜下间隙移植。
Objective: To evaluate the immune characteristics of subretinal space. Methods: Retina of DBA/2 mouse with or without Complete Freund's Adjunvate (CFA), or human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC), or syngenic retina, and DMEM as negative control were transplanted into subretinal spaces of BALB/C mouse. Delayedtype hypersensitivity (DTH) and specific killing of cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) were detected two weeks later and histopathological examination was carried out as well. Results: There were no significant differences in DTH between four experimental groups and control group, but the specific killing of CTL was significantly higher than that of the control group. Retinal transplant was survival. Immune rejection occured in human PBMC group. Conclusion: Limited immune priviledge occures in a certain degree after subretinal space transplantation.
