摘要
目的探讨TURS的预防及治疗,保证TURP的顺利进行。方法回顾TURP治疗BPH患者128例,对术中出现的9例TURS进行总结、分析。结果本组中死亡1例,其余8例经治疗后恢复。结论低压灌注、缩短时间、彻底止血、避免损伤、预防用药、严密观察、早期治疗可以预防TURS的发生。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of TURS and to ensure TURP succeed. Methods 128 cases of BPH underwent TURP were reviewed,and there were 9 cases with TURS. Results 1 patient died of TURS,and 8 patients were cure after treatment. Conclusion Filling with low pressure,shortening the operation time, keeping haemostasis, avoiding damage, preventive medication, observing closely and early treatment, which could prevent TURS.
