Statistical analysis of 2976 medical record copies

目的了解患方要求复印病案的原因和理由,进行分类分析。方法对我院病案科2年来复印的病案资料进行分析。结果复印原因中,个人复印占60.25%,医疗保险公司复印占38.47%。结论加强思想道德教育,改变工作作风,提高病案管理人员的素质,认真学习有关法律法规,增强病案管理人员法律意识,建立健全严格的病案复印制度,改善服务态度,避免矛盾冲突。

Objective To study and analyze the reasons to copy the medical record.Methods The data of copying medical records in 2 years medical were analyzed. Results The individuals reasons accounted for 60.25% and medical insurance companies accounted for 38.47%. Conclusion Strengthen ideological and moral education, improveing their work style and the quality of case management to seriously and studying the relevant laws and regulations,can enhance awareness of the law and set up a strict medical record sound reproduction system and improve the service attitude and avoid conflicts.
