工程概预算在工程中起到至关重要的作用,它影响着工程的成本、质量、进度的控制。
Engineering budgetary estimate is of great importance in engineering project, which affects the cost, quality and speed control of the project. In order to control the engineering budget and increase benefits, the author gave suggestions on design optimization, budget control, employees management, audit and supervision etc.
