再议中小施工企业的质量认证工作

Discussion on Quality Certification of Small and Medium-sized Construction Enterprises

自ISO质量管理和质量保证体系导入我国以来,许多企业把推行ISO系列标准作为提高和稳定产品质量的重要手段,以期在国际、国内市场中占据有利地位。目前,我省水利施工企业,特别是一些中小型施工企业的质量认证工作还处于初始阶段。随着社会的发展,市场经济的逐步完善,水利施工企业贯标工作将成为其日常管理工作中的重要事项。

Since the introducing of ISO quality management and quality control system into our country, many business enterprises promote ISO series standard as the means of enhancing and improving product quality in order to hold large share in international and home markets. Currently, water conservancy construction enterprises, expecially small and medium-sized ones in Shaanxi province, their quality certification work is still in initial stage. As the society develops and market economy gradually perfects, carrying through quality standard work in water conservancy construction enterprise will be its daily routine.
