摘要
在三维扫描测量仪中设计了一个装配有激光二极管和线阵列光电偶合元件CCD的旋转框,该旋转框在沿着头颅做圆周运动的同时,可沿着长轴做精细的轴向运动,能准确地采集出颜面部每个部分的立体信息。为了解决测量死区的问题,在信息的接受部分设计了两个CCD元件。为了解决机械部分动与静的矛盾以及测量信号的输出问题,还专门设计了测量信号的红外输出方法。该三维测量方法与现有的三维测量方法相比,测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、适用范围广、使用方便。使用该方法可以方便地重构出颜面部多角度的三维图象,并可给出各种测量参数供医生参考。
A rotating frame with a laser diode and CCD elements was set up in a 3 dimensional laser scanning machine (3 dimensional LSM TM ). The rotating frame was able to do rotation movement and axle movement simultaneously, and collect accurately 3 dimensional information of each spot in face. Two CCD elements were designed specially in receiving part so as to resolve problems on measurement shadow region. A special infrared signal output device was also designed so as to resolve contradiction between moving and motionless parts in 3 dimensional LSM. The laser scanning 3 dimensional measurement and stereo form reconstruction method had advantages such as high measurement precision, power anti disturbing ability, convenient operation and wide application field. The results indicate that a 3 dimensional craniofacial form can be reconstructed conveniently and some useful data can be obtained for making treatment plan with the new method of laser spiral scanning and 3 dimensional reconstruction of craniofacial form.
